UNDP intends to hire a Firm/Organization/Company for Internet Service Provision at premises of Returning Officers for General Elections in 2018. Interested Firms/Organizations/Companies are requested to submit the Technical and Financial Proposal through UNDP e-Tendering System https://etendering.partneragencies.org by the deadline of Thursday 26th April,2018 [12:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time OR 3:30 AM EST]  indicated in ITB.

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a bid by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than Wednesday 18th April 2018.  If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. The Pre-Bid Meeting date is Wednesday 18th April 2018.

Any requests for clarification about the contents of ITB shall be sent via fax (+51-2600254 & 55) or to the email address at pakistan.procurement.info@undp.org  Answers to questions/inquiries will be forwarded to all bidders. While UNDP would endeavor to provide response/clarification expeditiously, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date.
